| PAST AND PRESENT |
COMPANY HISTORY... | Once upon a time... The company was founded in 1967 by Paulette and Rémy Zahler and specialized in offering chauffeured limousines and minibuses to quality clientele, including leading figures from politics and national and international finance and famous artists from the world of performance, as well as to various major companies in the Lausanne area.

|
| The first steps as bus operators... In 1974, the company's business strategy was somewhat modified and Voyages Rémy acquired its first second-hand bus as a counter-purchase for transport of the City of Lausanne (LS) soccer team. | | |

|
| Then... as the demand for our services continued to grow... As of 1978, thanks to faithful customers who appreciated both the fair value of the various services we offered and the company's "family spirit", we gradually acquired several more buses.
This was the era of the famous and much-appreciated Mercedes 0302, followed by the 303, and the inclusion of various options (video, washrooms, fridges, coffee machines, etc.).
At the end of 1980, Voyages Rémy was one of the leaders in the Lausanne-area market for passenger transport by deluxe bus.

|
| The first new bus... the reward In 1983, the family company, after careful consideration by the founders, took a major step when it acquired its first new bus: a 50-passenger Mercedes 0303 Ménarini.
And the family was... justly so... very proud of its new vehicle. It turned out to be a very good choice because, as of the very same year, the company was the absolute leader among Lausanne-area bus operators.
From that year on, most bus purchases were for new vehicles.
In 1986, the company employed seven people and had a fleet of nine vehicles.

|
| The years go by... and the markets expand. As of 1990, Voyages Rémy expanded its business even further, to customers outside of Switzerland, and found it necessary both to enlarge its fleet and to be increasingly performative in order to satisfy its customers.
It acquired Vanholl and Mercedes Tourismo buses in order to meet the continually growing demand for its services.
At the end of 1996, the company had 14 vehicles, including limousines, minibuses and touring buses. Change of direction. After decades of running the company with great success, Monsieur and Madame "Rémy" decided, a few years before the end of the millennium, to turn the business over to their son Pascal Zahler, so that Voyages Rémy would remain in the family and continue to respect the values that had been the key to its success.

VOYAGES RÉMY TODAY... | 2005, a year of many challenges. The company acquired the operating site in Ecublens that it had been leasing for 32 years. It also acquired six new Volvo 9700 buses, with a view, as always, to increasing comfort and safety for the thousands of passengers carried annually on the roads of Switzerland and Europe.
At the present time, Voyages Rémy SA owns and manages a fleet of 15 modern, comfortable vehicles (limousines, minibuses and touring buses) and has a staff of 18 full-time professionals who see to the company's administration and operations.
Voyages Rémy SA is a joint-stock company with share capital of CHF 100,000. Its administrator/manager is Monsieur Pascal Zahler.
